I used Act! before finding SalesNexus and I have had to use ZoHo with another organization for their own internal CRM. I, quite frankly, despise both of those programs. I have yet to find an integrated system such as SalesNexus that is as simple or as intricate a CRM system as you want. I obviously love being able to access my contact info from any location I am at. I love the personal customer support I have always received from SalesNexus just as though I am their only client. The ability to input almost any kind of note or document for each contact has proven invaluable. I have stopped looking for that “Perfect” CRM because I have found it. They are everything I have ever wanted in a CRM plus so much more. Two thumbs up for me guys. Keep up the great work.
Great for a multiple location team

I no longer have to worry about software upgrades or changing things when I upgrade my technology. It allows me and my virtual assistant the ability to enter data and access information from wherever we are. I’ve been a satisfied user for 3 years and appreciate the support staff’s ability to help me customize my database for optimal use.

I believe it is the best CRM program on line available to sales people. The ease in using it the amount you can customize it has made my job easier and has produced more sales and given me quality information to further my success and the success of our company.
I would recommend Sales Nexus to any company and have done that repeatly in the years that I have been using.

We are able to do our email campaigns, track the follow up and see who is opening our emails all in real time. We just can’t say enough about what it has done to help our business. From the time we implemented the system through today, SalesNexus has been modifying the system to meet our companies needs and we could not do our job as efficiently without them. The technical support team was has always been able to provide us with answers and solutions to customize our database. Keep up the good work!
Love the Mobile and Outlook Access

We found SalesNexus and have been thrilled! There is so much power in this system to reach out to customers via email and calls in a coordinated fashion.
The support team is great at helping us when we need it but, we’ve been able to get things set up the way we want them mostly on our own.
Outlook is a big tool in our organization and we needed to depend on a solution that could sync with Outlook. SalesNexus helped us get that working and it’s been easy to use and helps our sales team stay on the same page as the rest of the company.
I highly recommend SalesNexus!
One Big Mistake
Frustrated Former Customer, Sales Engineer, Purposely withheld 12/13/2011 at 1:15 am #I actually liked the product…while it worked. Outlook integration is a farce. They use a 3rd party program called Funambol that has trouble communicating with their server. After months of frustration, the President sent me an e-mail blaming the issues on us. Later, their “top programmer” admitted the problem was on their end. They also “misplaced” $8M worth of inputted sales leads. They also refused refund for months the product did not work properly. There’s better products that work, have less staff turnover, and CEO’s that actually care about customer satisfaction.

Because I was going to be one of the main people using the CRM I knew what we would require in features and customization. Thankfully I found SalesNexus after disastrous attempts with two other CRM’s. Although I was very specific in what we were going to need in a CRM the only one that actually delivered what they promised and could provide us with the customization that we needed was SalesNexus. And as far as customer service goes, they have gone above and beyond my expectations. And they really do listen to their customers. I have seen features added or upgraded due to customer user suggestions.
Since leaving the sales training company, I founded a non-profit organization. One of my first calls was to SalesNexus. With their program being so user friendly and the customization abilities so flexible I knew they were the CRM we would need.

I found SalesNexus after a sales rep told me about them, having used it in a previous job.
No one combines CRM for Sales and Email Marketing like these guys have. Its simple for my team of 20 sales reps to use and the lead nurturing has turned old leads into sales for us. The system paid for itself in 2 or 3 months.
Plus, I’ve not found another system that works so well and is supported by such a responsive and helpful team.
I couldn’t be more happy with SalesNexus!

My company has been using it for over a year, and I just can’t say enough about what it has done to help my business. From the time we implemented the system through today, SalesNexus has been a perfectly fitting solution. When we got the quick start program, we were sped right through uploading the contacts. The technical support team was also always available to provide me with assistance, if needed. My absolute favorite thing about SalesNexus is the email marketing capabilities. It allows us to not only create HTML emails to send out, but we can mass send them on the SalesNexus server and track exactly who has opened them and who has not.
