According to Casey, the engineering department uses Soffront CRM to track defects and development tasks. “We needed to automate certain items in the defect tracking portion of our system to improve inconsistencies,” continued Casey. “Additionally, the software provides upper level management with a more accurate picture of the status of a particular product release.”
