MyCRM GmbH, an open source and SaaS systems integrator, today released version 5.0 of MyCRM’s Call Manager for Skype for SugarCRM, the world’s most popular commercial open source customer relationship management (CRM) application. The SugarCRM-Skype integration provides a full integration of the popular voice application directly into Sugar product editions, allowing SugarCRM users to manage all communications activities and improve the handling and documentation of call-related activities.

New Features
MyCRM GmbH Call Manager for Skype version 5.0 also provides support for TAPI, Asterisk and Snom Voip (optional adapters). It connects to SugarCRM via web services, providing support for hosted SugarCRM installations. Users can track outbound calls, status display, chat and SMS within the CRM system a CRM system.
New capabilities include the ability to:
* Display incoming callers name, company and call direction in Sugar and automatically open contact or lead form
* Send SMS via Skype with caller ID
* Track SMS automatically in history panel of contact or lead
* Start a Skype chat from within Sugar
* Archive Skype chat from within Sugar
* Display Skype user status in Sugar
* Support Skype and TAPI telephony systems in a unified interface
* Connect to SNOM phones and Asterisk (optional adapters)
