Rogers to deploy Amdocs CES 7.5 products and services to create an enterprise-wide ordering, billing and service management platform to support its quad-play product offering
ST. LOUIS (January 21, 2009) –
Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with Rogers Communications Inc., a diversified Canadian communications and media company. Rogers will deploy new products and services from the Amdocs CES 7.5 portfolio to support its quad-play operations. This new agreement expands the relationship to include an enterprise wide billing, ordering, and service management platform.
Rogers has selected Amdocs to provide an enhanced customer experience across its wireless, cable and telephony operations. This agreement builds on a 10-year relationship between the two companies. Amdocs Billing has supported Rogers’ wireless operations and Amdocs recently completed one of the industry’s first quad-play CRM deployments to support Rogers’ consumer and corporate customers.
