Amdocs Receives Highest Possible Rating for Overall Performance in OSS from Leading Analyst Firm

Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it is has been rated â??Very Strongâ? for overall performance, market understanding and offering strategy in operations support systems (OSS).

Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it is has been rated “Very Strong” for overall performance, market understanding and offering strategy in operations support systems (OSS). These ratings were reported in the Gartner Dataquest report published in November 2008, titled: “Dataquest Insight: OSS Market Overview and Strategic Scorecard for Vendors, 2008”, that aims to offer guidance to providers on strategic OSS vendor sourcing.

Gartner evaluated primarily vendors with global presence and according to seven standard criteria, including market understanding, offering strategy, offered products and services, geographic resource and offering strategy, sales strategy, ability to respond to market changes and overall financial viability. The overall score is based on the scores for the different criteria.
