Before the end of the 2011 year, Microsoft released confirmation on the unveiling of its Dynamics CRM services.
Yesterday, Microsoft’s management and executives decided on the release date for their latest crm services during a keynote speech at the Worldwide Partner Conference. Along with their Dynamics CRM services, Microsoft officials suggested the product will be an integration with Office 365–the majority of Microsoft’s hosted apps.
Microsoft team members earlier admitted to speeding up the CRM delivery process by providing all updates for CRM services hosted on either cloud segments or on-site. This accelerated schedule is speculated to occur within the upcoming 12 months. Rather than Microsoft’s traditional CRM services three-year update, Dynamics CRM may influence a change in update releases to a twice-annual cycle during the fall and spring. In May, Dynamics CRM services should have been automatically updated with the 2011 Q4 CRM services update. Officials claim to administer a Q2 scheduled update for Dynamics CRM services within the 2012 year.
Microsoft executives revealed that the soon-to-be released CRM services should include disaster recovery, federated identity, security, and private aspects. Kirill Tartatinov, the top executive of Dynamics CRM services, claims to update the product with innovative social functions that exceed the mundane chat features.
During the latest unveiling of Office 365, Microsoft’s management reconfirmed that the enterprise remain en-route to incorporating Dynamics CRM services with the former bundle of SharePoint Online and Exchange online. Dynamics CRM Online is meant to act as an additional module and seamlessly integrate with Office 365. Microsoft support team displayed the commingled functions of Office 365 and Dynamics CRM services at yesterday’s Worldwide Partner Conference.
During Tuesday’s Worldwide Partner Conference, Microsoft duly proclaimed a 2012 beta of System Center Operations Manager. This system should be available for testing during the proximal week, claims Microsoft execs. The 2012 System Center Operations Manager will offer front-end app service for monitoring and diagnostics in Windows. Microsoft team members also displayed the portal product of the System Center Operations Manager–Project Concero. This product should let users access and fully manage private or public cloud assets. Project Concero will officially be named System Center App Controller. Microsoft plans to release both System Center products and CRM services by the end of the 2011 year.
