Amdocs’ executives will lead and participate in panels focused on helping organizations adjust to changing market dynamics. Sessions include:

* Outsourcing as an effective lever for transformation. Amdocs and its customer MetroPCS will share best practices encountered during MetroPCS’ unique transformational outsourcing journey;

In addition, Amdocs will highlight products and services from its CES portfolio that help service providers cope with capacity management, massive subscriber growth and emerging business models:

* Uncapping the potential of the network through “closed loop” planning – Amdocs will showcase how Amdocs OSS (operational support systems) products can help service providers manage capacity efficiently by providing tools to support defined network planning. Amdocs will also unveil the findings of a new survey that examines the service provider’s challenges associated with “right-sizing” the network.
* Revenue Management – In partnership with IBM, Amdocs will reveal the results of a benchmark that tested the Amdocs Convergent Charging product on cost-effective, IBM Power blade servers. The results validate the strength of Amdocs Turbo Charging, Amdocs’ technology for real-time charging that delivers superior performance and scalability on low-cost hardware.

Amdocs has also teamed up with TM Forum to help form “Cloud Services–Getting the Telecom to Cloud 9”. This newly established body aims to accelerate the commercial availability of managed cloud services and consists of major enterprise users, cloud service providers and technology suppliers.
