Today, NetSuite has more than 200 employees in its Mississauga office, making it one of the largest ASPs and one of the fastest growing companies in Canada. The company’s growth has fuelled the customer base, doubling NetSuite’s total customers and resellers in Canada within only six months since its inception. “We’re extremely pleased to see our significant investment pay off so dramatically in such a short time,” said Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite. “We’ve achieved great traction in the Canadian market and look forward to bringing more enterprise customers and resellers on board in the coming months.”

NetSuite also announced today new Canadian customer wins from a wide range of industries. These customers include Casalife, Warehouse Direct, GILL Technologies, WinCruise, Canadian Model Trains and Nightingale Informix Corporation.

“NetSuite expands as we expand,” said Rob Whitfield, Partner, Casalife (www.casalife.com), a furniture retailer based in Toronto. “We’re adding new products all the time. We enter them into NetSuite once and we’re all done – the Web Store handles the rest, allowing us to quickly update our website with very little effort. It is saving us $30,000 [CAD] a month in salaries. In addition, the multi-currency feature of NetSuite CRM+ is allowing us to buy overseas without any currency issues whatsoever, allowing us to do even more business. We love it.”

“Warehouse Direct has a third-party relationship with thousands of people and companies, and using NetSuite CRM+ for partner relationship management will be a key to our success,” said Bill Bayles, President of Brockville, ON -based Warehouse Direct (www.warehousedirect.ca), a company that supplies and drop ships products for online sales and contest winners across Canada and the U.S. “In addition, we plan to use NetSuite for quotes, order management, offline client, and the Web site. We are growing rapidly, and NetSuite will allow us to absorb exponential growth with only incremental staffing increases. Although NetSuite costs about the same as adding one junior employee, it effectively gives every one of our existing staff an experienced personal assistant.”

“With NetSuite, we are able to see a client’s entire picture, from the cost of servicing that client to the products that have been chosen by the client, and their payment history and sales notes,” said George Gill, President and CEO, GILL Technologies Global Communications Inc. (www.gilltechnologies.ca), based in Peterborough, ON. “And because NetSuite can be run by the outside sales force as well as the inside support team, we don’t have to go flipping through multiple systems to find the information. Having a central repository of all our customer information eliminates any problem of customers being neglected.”
