Salesforce.com Announces Annual Stockholders Meeting to Be Held in San Francisco on Thursday, June 9, 2011

SAN FRANCISCO, May 12, 2011 — Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the enterprise cloud computing (http://www.salesforce.com/cloudcomputing/) company, today announced the company’s 2011 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 2:00PM (PT) / 5:00PM (ET).  The meeting is to be held at the St. Regis Hotel located on 125 3rd Street, San Francisco, California 94105. Stockholders of salesforce.com as of April 19, 2011 are invited to attend the meeting and should refer to salesforce.com’s proxy statement available at www.salesforce.com/investor for details regarding required documentation to gain admission to the meeting.
