Salesforce.com Chairman and CEO Marc Benioff to Deliver Keynote at Cloudforce Boston and Minneapolis 2011

The biggest cloud computing events ever held in Boston and Minneapolis will showcase the shift to social, mobile and open cloud computing

SAN FRANCISCO (June 14, 2011) – Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the enterprise cloud computing (http://www.salesforce.com/cloudcomputing/) company, today announced chairman and CEO Marc Benioff will deliver the keynote addresses at Cloudforce Boston and Minneapolis. Cloudforce Boston will be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront on Thursday, June 16, 2011 and Benioff’s keynote will begin at 12:30 p.m. ET. Cloudforce Minneapolis will be held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 and Benioff’s keynote will begin at 12:30 p.m. CT. The Boston event will be webcasted live at http://www.salesforce.com/live/.

When salesforce.com was founded more than 12 years ago, cloud computing was about leveraging technologies that were low cost, fast and easy to use. Salesforce.com recognizes a massive shift is under way in the industry to the next generation of cloud computing that is social, mobile and open. Benioff’s keynotes will explore this shift along with the transformation companies are going through to become social enterprises.
