BOZEMAN, Mont. (November 10, 2010) – In early October, RightNow (NASDAQ: RNOW) asked its clients to create videos that showcased their passion for customer experience. Some of the world’s biggest brands answered the call and today RightNow is excited to announce the RightNow Customer Service Week Video Contest finalists.
