The product is robust but easy to use and priced for the small to mid-size market. What I like most about Commence is that the company has been around for 20 years and they have a friendly and highly skilled support organization.

Doug 07/05/2011 at 8:03 pm #Commence offers an all around good solution. The most awesome capability was how easy it was to integrate Commence with my Outlook and Quickbooks. The features are pretty standard. There are tools for contact management, sales tracking, email marketing, and project management. Overall, Commence isn’t the Lebron James of CRM software with tons of flash and pizazz, but it’s more like the Dirk Nowitzki because it gets the job done effectively and efficiently.
