Therefore, I can safely say that Ivinex provides a solid CRM software for people of all backgrounds, including those that are not necessarily technical. Ivinex has modern, easy-to-use features and a very intuitive interface. What I thought was the most useful aspect of Ivinex is that they had a web-based CRM system that was totally customizable. We had the opportunity to customize the CRM system to fit our company’s needs. Their sales forecasting tools were incredible; prior to Ivinex, we had way less luck generating leads and prospects. Now, we not only generate plenty, but are able to maintain and stay on top of our existing and potential customer relationships. Since it is totally customizable, Ivinex can be used by businesses of all sizes, from a large variety of industries.
