Best CRM I've ever used

Though I don’t update it as much as the other members of my team, it is an invaluable tool for me to stay on top of how things are going. I participate in a private beta preview of upcoming features, and the rate at which new features are developed, and old ones refined, is awesome! The latest edition of inline editing for everything means I can update a contact’s file, create a deal, and setup a task for their next point of contact in record time.
The whole thing is customizable down to a t, so no matter what business you’re in, karma will morph into the tool you need it to be. Setup and configuration is a breeze, you can go as in depth or as simple as you like. I recommend it to all of my clients to truly get control and mastery of your customer relations!
