    The Oakland A’s have been a NetSuite customer for the last several seasons. Our corporate and ticket sales staffs use NetSuite as our CRM solution. NetSuite’s scalable platform make it adaptable to our changing inventory, pricing and other internal metrics. NetSuite customer service, as well as its key team of solutions based engineers, have assisted us every step of the way in not only helping with the launch but in managing our ever changing needs.

    All aspects of our business are handled within NetSuite and it is an incredible asset to our company. As a new NetSuite Administrator I have found learning and training on the system to be a challenging but enjoyable process. The ability to customize almost everything to make it work the way we need it to has been extremely beneficial for our company. The NetSuite User Group, Suite Answers, and one-on-one consultation sessions have been very helpful when we needed some extra insight or ideas for fine tuning procedures or handling glitches or defects. I have had the pleasure of building a great relationship with our NetSuite representative and feel confident that our company is in good hands.

    Netsuite’s CRM functions have been quite helpful for our company. We can keep track of customer orders, support cases, and emails within a single screen, and we have lots of tools for segmenting our customer base. We can execute campaigns and measure response easily. Overall a big plus for us.

    We’ve been using NetSuite since 2009 and we’re very happy customers. We have deep insights into our customers, a 350-degree view of our business, real-time information and remote access, all of which are critically important to our businesses. Every day we find new ways to harness the power of NetSuite and customize the cloudware to fit our application, yielding never-ending improvements in our processes across our entire organization. The system is upgraded twice a year, so we benefit without needing to spend money on IT infrastructure – NS takes care of it all. I wouldn’t want to run my company without NetSuite.

    My company has been a Netsuite CRM customer for several years. We would like to take our investment in Netsuite to the next level BUT there has been a critical inaccuracy in Netsuite’s sales forecasting reports that Netsuite support have chosen to brush under the carpet. Without confidence in the sales figures any CRM system is worthless to business. We’ve escalated and await the results. No software is perfect, the support is what makes the difference. I hope to update you with good news soon.

    Since NetSuite is one of only TWO software providers that offers both front office CRM and back office accounting, I knew this system would be a worthy investment. Netsuite offers the capability to customize any form or field imaginable. With their browser GUI, custom records can be interchanged with easy to use AJAX controls. The NetSuite product is truly amazing and provides premium usability and functionality. They are able to handle my products and applications in a wide range of currencies–which very few systems are capable of. NetSuite is well-supported, flexible, and has seamlessly evolved with my business. I am thoroughly satisfied with my choice in CRM software and strongly recommend it to other business professionals!

    Investing in NetSuite CRM was one of the best decisions I have made. NetSuite has everything I am looking for- a fully integrated CRM system at an affordable price. This is impossible to find anywhere else. All of my business information is in one, easily accessible place. NetSuite is a fully hosted solution, which takes away the pain of dealing with technical difficulties- totally stress free and reliable. NetSuite is really helping my small business grow quickly and effectively.

    I give NetSuite complete credit for bringing my company to the place its at today. We started off struggling in several aspects- marketing, lead generation, internal structure, etc. NetSuite quickly solved all our problems, and brought about an amazing turn around. We were looking to NetSuite primarily for marketing and sales guidance. NetSuite helped us target potential clients, build and execute strategic marketing campaigns, measure their success, and promote more efficient sales execution. We could track our sales teams progress, maintain communication and records of customer/team interaction, and generate leads effectively. The best part about all this is that we could do it from ANYWHERE at ANYTIME, since NetSuite CRM can be accessed from mobile phones. Their customer support is fantastic; they helped me solve every small problem easily. I could go on and on about the other amazing features and benefits of NetSuite- definitely consider investing in this software, and hopefully it will be as worth it for you as it was for me!
