    I used Oracle Siebel for a few months while at a previous job. I found it to be extremely user friendly and easy to use. Our company used it of organizing leads, keeping track of notes, and scheduling future meetings with clients. For these functions it worked well. I was using On Demand, the one issue I had was the consistently slow load times.
