For growing businesses like my own, Prophet CRM is really helpful by providing a strong structure that helps distinguish and generate leads/potential clients. It also provides a common database where customer information can be stored and shared among team members. Since I have a small business, I have a lot on my plate. I don’t have time to sit and train my sales reps for hours on how to use a CRM software. This is why I like Prophet- it is painless and easy to use. Its interface is simple and intuitive.
