    Redtail recently released a new version of the product. Unfortunately the new version is missing a number of necessary components that were available in the prior version. Prior to this release no improvements to the software had been made in over two years and that includes a number of bugs that had gone unresolved. Some of the features they brag about do not function in the real world. If evaluating this product please take your time. I’d suggest sticking with a proven CRM name like ACT.
