The project, led by local systems integrator, AT Consulting, will provide Rostelecom with a centralized customer management system to improve customer service levels across all its supported regions and all lines of business, while also reducing total cost of ownership.  The Amdocs solution will consolidate information from existing business support systems such as billing, inventory management and trouble ticketing systems.

“To become the leading Russian service provider for the residential, corporate and government sectors, we needed a long-term partner that has proven success in customer management consolidation,” said Victor Strelkov, Chief Information Officer of OJSC Rostelecom. “With Amdocs, we can quickly introduce rich, customer-centered services and offers while streamlining processes and systems to reduce the costs associated with multiple platforms.”

“Service providers today are investing in customer management solutions to address the need for customer loyalty through differentiated service and personalized offers,” said Rebecca Prudhomme, Amdocs vice president for product and solutions marketing. “By modernizing and consolidating their customer management system, Rostelecom will be able to react quickly to any customer request and provide the best customer experience.”
