    We have used Adapt CRM for more than >6 years and it is now part of our daily operations. We required a product that could integrate with our financial package Syspro CORE and was also supported in South Africa. Syspro / Adapt meet all of our needs. The booked order funnel is invaluable to look at the status of qualified prospects to ensure the ongoing health of the company. Projects for clients are handled across hundreds of miles easily as all meetings and oportunities are tracked in date aqnd time order giving our sales tem an edge over the competitors. Managers and directors refer to it daily to keep touch with what is happening in the field. We could not do our sales projections without this tool and certainly could not put forward figures for our financial manager to do his cash flow forecast.I struggle to even understand how we coped with the work load before CRM. It has also cut down on meetings to get updates on what is happening in the market. It is a tool that is here to stay.

    I have been a long-term user of Macola Progression software to run my small company. A few years ago, AdaptCRM was offered as an enhanced and fully integrated CRM solution to optimize my Macola software. Since using AdaptCRM, I have been able to leverage the wide range of CRM functions for manufacturers in midrange markets. This software solution allowed me to easily compose sales orders, assess customer accounts, analyze inventory levels, and many other core functions – without the hassle of navigating through the complexity of an additional application. What I like most about AdaptCRM, is that it seamlessly adapts to my business routine with an ease of use and interface customization. Since I run a small business, I needed a CRM solution that can deliver me the benefits of larger corporations without the high cost. AdaptCRM definitely satisfies their motto of “Enterprise Class for the Middle Class.” The customer support could be improved, but overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this product.
