    In my eyes, Consona stands apart from other CRM vendors in one way: They actually care about their customers, and cater their CRM solutions to benefit us in the most practical, useful ways. I feel that Consona CRM helps us maximize the benefits of their CRM system, and gain a competitive edge in the market. This is especially important because of the miserable state our economy is in right now. Their customer service is outstanding; I am the type of person who usually argues with customer service reps, but they have given me no reason to do so. Without Consona, I don’t think my company would have the same kind of retention rate that it does now; nor would we be able to generate so many potential sales prospects. Consona’s straightforward, strategic solutions really helped us out…I am a believer in this product!
