Their program has not worked correctly since the day I began this nightmare of trying to work with it, five years ago. They promise customers that all the glitches will be straightened out with the new version, and that we’d get free upgrades… after lots of waiting, we discovered that the upgraded version had even MORE problems than the original. They just keep stringing us along with promises of better software with upgrades, but I’m not buying that anymore. The features they brag about are non existent in any of the current versions of the product. Complete fraud, do NOT invest with them if you know what’s good for you.
