The most enticing feature Goldmine provided was that the CRM system was based on an SQL Server and attached every inbound and outbound email to a contact database automatically. Some of the key strengths I found with Goldmine’s CRM solution are the integrated email client, desktop based system (power users will find it faster than a browser based system), all inclusive full-featured system, and SQL Server based. The customer support is always prompt, helpful, and well worth the investment. We continue to renew our subscription due to our complete satisfaction with Goldmine’s CRM solution.

GoldMine is definitely one of the better CRM providers- I learned this through research and experience after a long time. With GoldMine, we were able to provide stronger customer service and understood how to optimize our efficiency level, and conducting more profitable practices. GoldMine gave all my employees a common platform to share data and information; communication got way better, and there was less energy wasted in figuring out misunderstandings or in transferring information. It also had great tools for forecasting and tracking; many of the clients we have today could not have been identified without these tools. Every CRM has its ups and downs, but overall, I’d say go with GoldMine if you are looking for an effective, reliable CRM solution for a growing business.
