InfusionSoft CRM definitely has both pros and cons when compared to other CRM software vendors. I will admit that InfusionSoft is a powerful and flexible CRM tool, particularly for small businesses. However, there are several downfalls as well. For those without a technical background, InfusionSoft is a pain to figure out. It is not intuitive, and the training/integration time took way longer than I hoped it would. The customer service people are not very responsive or reliable, so don’t expect any sort of help from them. InfusionSoft’s features aren’t as enhanced and useful as other CRM software options; I guess you get what you pay for. InfusionSoft also varies in how much it can help your company depending on your company’s needs. Do thorough research before deciding on a CRM vendor, whether InfusionSoft or anyone else.

  2. Infusionsoft for Email

It had a lot of functions built into the email platform but wasn’t very user friendly. The time it took to create an email blast was about a week. The online help wasn’t helpful at all and when I emailed the customer service rep for help all they did was refer me to the online help documents.

The html editor for email templates was also kind of clunky to use. The templates I imported never looked the same in Infusionsoft as they did in Dreamweaver. Pretty frustrating when I’d preview the email before sending it and there are random gaps in the border or the text spacing is different.

Implementing it was easy and as I mentioned there were a lot of features, but overall as an email platform, I’d probably go with something else.
