    Legrand CRM is most definately a letdown. We are an SME with between around 10 staff and have used it (and stuck by them) for over 6 years, hoping it would improve but the latest release 5.3 is just no better. The software is now quite unstable and like Vanessa R said, the screens are totally cluttered with dozens of fields that you would never use but can’t hide. Outlook integration is also crap and I am sure the developers are colour blind – those screens are just plain ugly. Everybody in our company hates it and will be pleased to see it gone. Currently reviewing the merits of Sage CRM, Goldmine and possibly vtiger. Hard decision!

    Legrand CRM was a huge disappointment. I thought investing in CRM software would help my business expand- guess I should have gone with a different option. Legrand CRM has a poor design- its screens are overcrowded; it uses poor color choice, badly used icons/images, etc. You get the idea. It is a headache to navigate through- way too difficult to use. A word of advice for small business owners- educate yourself and consider other CRM software before making a decision on what to purchase.
