    I am currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to run my mid sized business, and am delighted with the results so far. Not only is the software incredibly powerful, it is also surprisingly easy to use, and required very little training! The benefits we see from using this software are endless; it is now very easy to maintain contact and strong relationships with our customers. We’ve also been able to organize, track, and generate a greater number of leads. One of the greatest benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that it’s cloud based- it can be accessed from anywhere with Internet access, so it is not mandatory to be in the office to manage things. Microsoft Dynamics CRM has made my life a thousand times easier. Granted, it’s a bit pricey, but totally worth the investment for all the benefits it brings about!

    I use Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution to run a small enterprise and so far my experience has been remarkable. Since implementation, I was able to achieve great improvements in sales and business from allowing me to perform at premium output levels, deliver top-quality services, and enhance overall communication. Microsoft Dynamics provided me with optimal integration with third party software solutions and secured data customization. The software has truly given me the flexibility and functionality necessary to meet many inter-department needs. My favorite aspect of the system is that Microsoft Dynamics provides intuitive and convenient tools that significantly increase my company’s productivity and allows us to effectively reach goals.

    When I pay for something, I want to see results. Investing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the worst option if you have that mindset. It was so SLOW- literally took me back to the days of AOL Dial-Up. The software was insanely complicated, and WAY OVERPRICED. Their tech support is pretty useless and unhelpful- they have no clue what they’re talking about most of the time. Overall- just not worth your money or effort.
