He seemed extremely satisfied with the product and noticed an exponential improvement in performance. So, I gave it a shot and I am genuinely content with my decision. ProspectSoft allowed my business to achieve greater operational visibility among the sales teams and significantly increased my sales revenue. I am particularly satisfied with the high-performance hardware, which is run on a pure Intel platform. A quality CRM system must first offer a reliable hardware, and I have yet to be disappointed by ProspectSoft’s Intel infrastructure. Overall I feel that ProspectSoft is an excellent system, and I would recommend it to business professionals of all fields.
Terrible Experience with ProspectSoft CRM

They easily register you for the service, but charge you an outrageous cancellation fee, or a fee if you fail to write a notice of cancellation. Within a month of using this inadequate system, I finally decided that the system was a waste of my time and resources. I left the system idle for 12 months to avoid the cancellation fee. Sure enough I get contacted by the provider either telling me to pay for renewal or cancellation. Do not fall into the false marketing schemes promised by ProspectSoft! The system was a complete waste of time and a scam, in my opinion.
