Beware of Salesboom!!!
Julie Hopkins 07/01/2011 at 9:59 pm #Salesboom was a huge disappointment. I had a miserable experience with them, and am so glad to have finally gotten out of my contract. The customer service team over there is rude and unhelpful- overall, incorrigible. I tried several times to get in contact, but received a lack of response/communication from their sales team and customer service reps. The most ridiculous thing about Salesboom is that if you lose a sales rep, they won’t let you move information from the old sales rep’s account into the new sales rep’s account without paying a fee of $200. If you are planning on signing a contract with Salesboom, make sure you read the fine print carefully or they will rob you blind. Think twice before making your decision!
