    For smaller sales teams, Salesforce.com seems to be a very unintuitive and slow system with a bad user interface. Check out Close.io instead if your sales team is under 25 people. Much better because all your calls and emails are logged automatically!

    Salesforce works to organize lots of contacts and helped me better work with a plethora of leads..much better doing that then using excel.

    I have been using SFDC in my current position for the past 12 months and can’t find much to complain about. It integrates well with other applications such as BMI (Big Machines) and Business Objects.

    SFDC appears to be leading the game for CRMs. It is current and new functions continue to uncover themselves.

    We recently implemented Salesforce.com as our CRM solution. As far as functionality was concerned, we were looking for a solution that could help us build up our brand and efficiently organize our sales opportunities. The Salesforce.com platform was appealing for its feature-rich suite as well as quick and easy implementation.

    As as small business, we wanted to select a CRM system that was as reliable as it was easy to implement and use. Of course, pricing was also a major factor in our decision process. Salesforce.com offered a solution with all the features we wanted at a reasonable price. Salesforce.com’s AppExchange solutions also helped us beef up our CRM initiative and customize the system around our needs. An incident of system downtime was the only minor problem we’ve encountered, but overall we’re really impressed with Salesforce.com CRM and would highly recommend it.
