It’s interface allows for a similar Windows OS type of experience, giving you a lot of multi-tasking power at your fingertips. But don’t let the easy to use interface fool you. Integration is a strong part of Workbooks and it is possible to integrate just about anything you wish your had in your interface and inside Workbooks behind the scenes. A combination of Power and Elegance is rarely achieved and we can see limitless possibilities using Workbooks throughout our business days. Support is extremely responsive and always eager to help and point you in the right direction for a solution. We always wanted a professional CRM experience and we are glad we made the correct choice.

Sean Woods 08/11/2011 at 11:20 pm #I initially implemented Workbooks.com CRM into my company to replace the archaeic practices of managing prospect clients, pipeline and forecasts through spreadsheets. I hoped that Workbooks CRM would make data more accessible and overall improve the processes that we used to interact with customers, suppliers, and prospects. We started Workbooks with its free trial and soon realized that the software could be used for all the reasons needed plus more. We’ve been able to significantly reduce the amount of documentation and people needed to manage specific duties, such as composing quotes or tracking the progress of marketing campaigns. I fully support Workbooks CRM, and it has enhanced the effectiveness of our processes. I have been using the system for a little under 2 years, and intend to renew my subscription for continued usage.

This service provides my company with a feature rich interface (which does the core of what other CRM’s products do) and in some cases they deliver even better functionality. However, one suggestion that could optimize their system would be to split their functionality into user types. This way you could include the addition of administrative users, with the power to configure organizations. You could have your case worker who handles inbound emails from customers, and your sales agent who tries to turn potential leads into sales. Overall, Workbooks CRM is the perfect CRM solution for my company.
