    My business is constantly changing with advancements and optimization, so we needed a CRM solution that can easily adapt to those many changes. Soffront CRM offered the most adaptable solution for our needs. Soffront’s architecture is coupled with powerful simple-to-use end-user tools, which is essential for its unmatched flexible system. They also offer a rather extensive variety of CRM applications designed for marketing, sales, customer support, project management, defect tracking, employee support and portals. Instead of having to search for multiple vendors to comply with broad needs, I only have to deal with Soffront. Along with its flexible system and application versatility, Soffront gave me multiple deployment and licensing options.     In an ideal world, CRM software will allow sales teams to view customer data and follow up with leads/prospects quickly, without switching screens multiple times. Switching screens while using CRM is the most annoying thing I have to deal with. Unfortunately, if you have experimented with as many CRM vendors as I have, most require you to do that. However, Soffront is different. Soffront is unique because it lets you work with all activities in a SINGLE screen- and I mean everything, from email/account history to individual contact notes. It’s all neatly side by side in an understandable format. This really helps my sales team be more efficient, since it is an effective way to manage, view, and analyze information.
